My first few trips in I was greeted by what appeared to be an all male staff they took my order nicely, made it and delivered awesomely however my last two trips not so great the all male staff was now all female my 4yr olds drink was incorrect and when I told them the young lady said she would remake it correctly but she did not so I paid nearly 5 dollars for a cup of ice water with a red tint to it the next visit were mixed only ordered a doughnut still waited an excessive time for the product and my change seems maybe they were training that day so I’ll give them that possibly but those two encounters alone make me just wanna wait and travel to Rochelle park instead

They close down their espresso machine at 6pm? My fiancé goes in the other day and they tell him they’re cleaning it so he’s like ok I’ll wait but quickly tells him that once it’s cleaned it’s closed for the rest of that day. It was 6pm.

So I did an online order and ask specifically for certain items, like glazed and chocolate glazed munchkins and when I open the bag there’s pumpkin munchkins like wth!! That’s not what I ordered/spent my money on. The day before they didn’t have any other munchkins, but the pumpkin ones. Which makes me think they gave me yesterday’s munchkins. The least they could have done is ask me when I got in there if it was ok. I’ll be writing a review on dunkins website too. This is ridiculous and not the first time either.

Honestly they are so rude. I feel like everyone who works there hates their life. I understand the donuts stay out, but they are super dry and look old. Like they don’t smile at you or anything & if you have a large order (my job is close by) hence me coming here, they give you attitude for ordering. I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin to anyone. Even the shift leaders hate working.
