Asked for condiments again for my 3 meals ( 2 bagel egg cheese , crossaint egg cheese and hash brown and the driver through worker gave 2 ketchups lol , for all that, talk about cheap. The coffee was awful, the staff was unpleasant, but the coffee was so bad at the chamberlain Ave location. I am highly concerned about the cleanliness of this place. I will NEVER go back! The coffee machine is not brand new and the owner keeps saying the same thing instead of fixing the mistake and teaching his employees customer service skills. As a fellow bengali myself and having worked in Dunkin’ donuts previously. I can say that by far as a customer this is the worst Dunkin’ donuts establishment. The employees are rude and lack zero manners and aren’t professional. They’d rather have convos and blatantly stare at you while talking in bengali as if you don’t understand and also they won’t assist you even when the store is completely not busy. They are unsanitary and cannot make a good coffee, many of my friends and family hate this place as they never make the coffee right and it taste like dirty water and always leaves them with a stomach ache. The drive through is also small. Ask to speak to a manager but no help as well. Will gladly be taking my attention to corporate. I don’t expect 5 star service at all but please atleast make my coffee right and don’t have a attitude when i politely ask for napkins. I’ve worked customer service myself and i understand the struggles but this place is just crazy and deserves to be checked. Trash, would give it 0 stars if i could. Avoid this and go to the haledon dunkin or union ave.

This store has horrible service and all of the workers in here can barely speak english and always ruin the orders. All the reviews of this store in the last year are bad but the owner just replies with the same thing saying how it’s a personal issue and the machine is brand new. No it’s not and if it’s brand new then why does the coffee taste bad for everyone. The workers are very unsanitary and will often cough while making the food and will spill it. Please avoid this store and everyone please be sure to tell corporate about this store. Tired of this place. Just avoid this store and spread the word. Already told corporate and submitted the video proof of my terrible service and experience

Horrible Service!!! Went thru drive thru ordered my order and I wanted one more thing and I had the them one more thing as my passenger was looking on menu when I went to tell them my order they were not on the speaker i repeatedly said hello and got bo response. I drove up to window and asked for my last item and the guy at the window was very rude and told me no there was a line when in reality there so. I one behind me one person ordering that’s it he told me no he couldn’t add on I would have to go around again. I tried to explain I tried to tell them when I was ordering but I was ignore he said he couldn’t do it ppl were waiting I asked to speak to a manager he ignored that and stated that if I want to order something else I have to go around again. Completely unfair and horrible service. I ended up leaving and not getting my other items. Very rude! Never again will I go there.

I order a order thru uber they left out 2 items. Then I ordered a dozen of assorted donuts to then get a call from a employee there who did not talk English. I had to get my friend to translate. They did not have donuts . Then it hit me no wonder I did not get my donuts in the last order. Smh I will never buy from here again and save anyone from buying there.
