I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and i really had went to this location because of the crew that was working there. Up until recently i noticed there was a change of employees and are nowhere near fast or friendly as the other staff. No one seems to speak spanish and one of the men there was very rude. Sad to see the employees that were there before not work there anymore. They were always so helpful & kind.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for years. There was a wonderful crew you was managing the store. Due to circumstances from the new district manager they have all decided to quit. I went there couple days ago and experience the worst. New people was there who didn’t understand English nor Spanish. When it was my time to order, the person on the register who I didn’t got their name was very rude and disrespectful. I never got what I ordered because they messed my order up twice. At that point I just wanted to leave. On my way out I have seen big rats in front of the store which I find very disturbing and gross. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin ever!

Hello again fellow review viewer, i usually do more positive reviews. This dunkin location has run out of most items from the food menu’ the coffe was good. for the first time “it is not clean and friendliy” at the moment. The staff was seemingly young and withdrawn kinda whatever but not rude straight up. The surroundings are not the safest not the most dangerous but caution is appropriate.

Last Thursday 06/01/23… I visited this store to buy my breakfast, I got a bagel twist and a mango pineapple refresher. When I entered, nobody was there. Just me and the employees. I was helped by a man who charged me and he quickly passed me my refresher, I went to the side to wait for my bagel twist to be toasted. As I waited, two more customers arrived and I waited about five minutes and after five minutes nobody had given me anything. After those five minutes I asked if I could receive my bagel twist and who could possibly help me. The person I asked pointed to another woman who was there who was making orders. I waited 2 to 3 minutes more with other customers. I kindly asked the person who had first taken my order if the could help me because I had to go to work soon. When I asked him, he shrugged. I said that if they could not give it to me in a timely manner then if they could cancel it, and the woman who was doing the bagel orders went to the register and cancelled my order herself instead of simply warming up my food. Afterwards some words were exchanged and she was rude and irritated with me for seemingly no reason, II have gone there for 13 years and have never been nasty with them. I don’t understand her tone with me and it wad quite offensive. I’m a paying customer, I’m not asking for a handout. In total, I waited 8 minutes for the bagel twist that needed to be put in a toaster for a couple minutes.

I usually dont rate this low but this was horrible. It took the woman 3 tries to enter my order into the computer (mind you I was inside standing in front of her). She tried to apologize blaming the computer. I waited for my order and even having reconfirmed to the man making it, it was still wrong. On the bright side I only ordered 3 drinks and walked out with 4 bc they didnt realize two different people were working on my order. They definitely need a better organization system in there.

If I could give them a zero rating I would I drink Dunkin’ Donuts every single day so I know exactly what my coffee taste like and what it looks like this was the most disgusting Dunkin’ Donuts coffee I ever had told me after I paid for my coffee that the ice machine wasn’t working and espresso shot and did not refund me ended up giving my coffee to one of the homeless people because at least they had no taste buds

I purchased from there every Tuesday when I’m making deliveries in Paterson, but I always have to water down the coffee as it is too, too sweet. Today was my last time getting bagels there and possibly my last time going. The same person that collects the cash made my bagel and coffee, topping the lid with those same gloves. Grossed out
