I recently ordered 2 separate times. Last week I ordered tea with milk and sugar. When I picked up my order and got to work I realized the tag said Tea but it was coffee. 3 days later I ordered a bagel with butter packets on the side. It came with 1 small butter packet, I asked for just 1 more packet of butter. After conversations with 3 people who could not figure out what to do the manager said it would cost me another 75 cents for a little packet of butter. I’d rather drive to another shop than go to this place again. The service needs a lot of work.

The Indian manager was very unprofessional, treated customers with no respect and created a bad work environment. The food was OK but the service is intolerable I do not recommend anyone to step foot in the door until that manager is removed from the facility.

To start off the owner of this establishment always gives me an attitude when I decide to customize my coffee for example adding mocha drizzle will send him off his rocker. This morning I dropped my frozen coffee in the establishment and was utterly embarrassed. I tried to clean it with napkins until the owner grabbed the mop. He then proceeded to scold me that I “ruined everyone’s morning because now they all have to wait” and then charged me for a replacement coffee! It obviously was a mistake that I dropped the coffee but the customer service at this establishment is -10. Happy Friday!

The owners don’t make the correct drinks so they can save money. I came in for a cappuccino blast that is not made with milk. I told him to not put milk because i didn’t like it the last time he made it and i knew that was the reason. It never comes with milk, been drinking this drink for the past 10 years. he said no because putting the coffee concentrate is to expensive. So i told him that’s not how it’s made. I called baskin Robbins corporate and they confirmed it does not come with milk. He refused to make the drink the way it’s supposed to be made and the way me, the customer would like it made to save money. So he’s most likely taking advantage of all his customers to be cost effective. Never will i ever give that store my money again

I placed my order went to the pickup and was waiting for the order. A nice gentlemen asked if I ordered an egg with my order. I said yes. He told me that it had fallen on the floor. The preparer picked it up and proceeded to finish my order with the same egg. We both told her to throw it away a couple of times. She placed it on another side of the counter.Another associate helped her processed my order. We never saw her throw the fallen egg in the garbage. Never again. …
