They keep getting my orders wrong, i came in, asked for a “iced vanilla latte decaf large” i recieved a “iced coffe decaf large”. Those are 2 completely different things. I asked the lady for a toasted seasame seed bagel with cream cheese. I got a literal toasted bagel no cream cheese. This isnt the first time too, they could do better.

I came into this place and there was a very bad vibe. There was dirt everywhere. The person taking my order, took my order and then took another 10 minutes to make my drink. Not saying that there was no one else in the store. We also asked for a grilled cheese that was right on the menu, but he said that he couldn’t make it, when we asked why he just said he couldn’t, and cauped an attitude. When I received my drink, there was little to no ice in it. Overall the experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was very bad I would not recommend.

Very rude guy. He doesn’t even say a word. When you say thank you he doesn’t even say you’re welcome. How are kids supposed to learn manners if they’re not reciprocated. My daughter said thank you for the drink and he completely ignored her. First and last time I give my money to this place.
