Ordered an avocado toast without bacon today. I was looking at the guy who was preparing my food when I saw him sprinkle something on my toast. I kindly reminded him “no bacon”. Instead of just confirming that there is no bacon on my toast, he did a snide remark, telling me I might be hallucinating (in Tagalog). Dude, you are in a people business. There’s no need for being snarky or sarcastic. If you hate your job, go find another one.

This is my go-to Dunkin in my area. Always consistent and workers are so nice! The coffee definitely tastes better and not as watered down as some of the other Dunkins in the area. I will ALWAYS come here if possible.

I never use to write reviews. Like Never and then I realized if you keep dismissing bad customer service they are going to think it’s okay to keep doing it to others. I wish there was a Starbucks nearby but I’m stuck with this. I ordered food, called to cancel the order, they placed me on hold for 8 mins and proceeded to hung up on me. There is no place on the App to cancel an order or I would have rather dealt with the App. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this place. They have given me the wrong order before, given me two of the same order when all I ordered was one item, and then charged me for both and now the bad customer service hanging up the phone. Another thing is don’t order for curbside pick up. You might as well cancel your plans for the day before they drop of your order. Your order will be cold when it gets to you. Hopefully the customer service culture here changes because it’s abysmal.

I stopped here on a 6-hour drive & had the worst Dunkin experience in my life, and I visit various Dunkin’s at least three times a week. The manager I believe, was actually the person taking care of my order. 1) they were out of 80% of donuts 2) when i asked what was left, he didn’t give a clear list so when i asked for a specific donut’s availability, he slammed my drink town on the counter (drive thru) and he said “NO.”. He was extremely passive aggressive and quite honestly, don’t manage a restaurant if you can’t deal with customers asking for something so small as availability. I work at a restaurant and I couldn’t imagine treating a customer this way. Also, the other reviews have said the staff are rude & dont have many donuts. If donuts are a main attraction, you shouldn’t be running out at 5pm. The coffee was good though.

I stepped in one morning. I wanted to use a reward I received on My Dunkin App. The lady did not want to honor the reward, she constantly stated it was a rewards card. I go to other Dunkins and my rewards from the app are always honored. The lady kept on talking to her fellow peers and continued to utter he wants something free. I asked for manager and he literally stated after I clearly explained, and again hearing this woman continue to utter in the backgrounds you have to purchase something after I literally purchased a whole breakfast.. It was then I realized you can own a business today and not know anything about it. I will never step foot in this dunkin again.

My go-to Dunkin. I have one that is closer to me but I prefer to go the extra 5 minutes. Staff always greets me with a masked smile. I’ve noticed alot of negative reviews saying the staff are rude. I’ve noticed that they are only rude once a customer starts being really difficult. I come at all times of the day and they are never rude to anyone else but customers who are rude back. Sometimes they get my order wrong and all I have to do is ask them to remake it and they always happily do! I’ve also noticed that a lot of them aren’t fluent in English which may be a reason they may come out as “rude.” Don’t let the negative comments sway you from coming!

Ordered ice latte and came out with 95% only milk.. I told them it’s too much milk. Lady took the latte and gave me back with lots of suger. I don’t see any any customer service here. People look frustrated. Not even hello, hi, or what can I get it for you today? They need lots of training lol.
