IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A 0 I WOULD. Debra was super rude and nasty. Yelling and just so unprofessional. She then went to go get management I believe and Ali came and he also didn’t know what to do. I would assume him as management would know how the app works but had completely no idea and they both literally were just there constantly saying “I don’t know” and “I don’t know”. Wasn’t until I remembered at the previous DD that we had to make payment first in order for the offer to apply. I technically showed them how to do their job. I will NEVER be coming back here and I feel bad for anyone who comes here without knowing how rude their staff is.

The coffee and baked goods are all great, but someone needs to teach them how to cook bacon that’s actually acceptable to serve people here. Other Dunkin’s I’ve been at, nice crispy bacon. This one? The snacking bacon is always a soft, wet, soggy mess that’s a chore to actually chew.

The dirtiest DK I have ever visited, been there 4 times and nothing has changed. They have a large variety of donuts and ice cream just as all the others DK. Parking for thirty minutes helps because is all meter parking outside. The staff seems to be bored and poorly managed. The ice cream taste like medicine, poor quality ice cream. The bathrooms are disgusting as well. I do not recommend this place. Go to other locations if you are craving.

It’s unfortunate to have to write a negative review but this Dunkin is just AWFUL!!! I went here a few months ago and placed an order. The attendant had a difficult time understanding not only my order but the customer before me. Well she had gotten my order completely wrong and overcharged me. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the new order.
