Easily the worse Dunkin location I’ve been to. This place is under-staffed and shamelessly cheap. Every time I’ve gotten an ice coffee it is seemingly intentionally stuffed to the brim with ice and barely contains any coffee. The sandwiches are consistently and obviously skimpier than other locations. Even the bagels are nearly half the physical size of every other location, which is odd since this is a franchise. The owner seems to cut corners and go cheap at every opportunity, which only hurts their business. This is the nearest location to my house and one of the few with the convenience of a drive-through, and I almost always go out of my way to avoid it.

This place is more worried about their speed then anything. There was nobody in front of me and they didn’t want me to go to the window… other places do that sometimes but for my food 2 be cold and wrong even after that is crazy. They forgot I ordered hash browns so they have hash browns all ready done in 1 of the bins and just grab reheat and go, I watched the lady grab out 6 and give them to the lady at the window. Needless to say they were cold and had tht taste when you microwave freezer food 2 much… My grilled cheese wasn’t even melted and they had 2 remake my coffee, they didn’t use skim milk… probably because they started making it b4 I said it and instead of starting over tried to pass it off. I don’t drink milk so tht chalky cream taste is very noticeable to me. At least the second coffee taste better

This dunkin donuts used to be my favorite spot to go to but after yestarday I rather buy from other place. Yestarday my wife, kids and I decided to go to get some ice cream for the kids. We waited like 15 min. to be taken care of and it wasn’t even busy, we were standing there and they just keep pretending not to see us until my wife got mad and ask them especially a lady with short black hair to take care us, she came with a really rude attitude and serve the ice cream like it’s free. NEVER COMING BACK TO THAT PLACE. not to mention that now they don’t want to even open the door they want to do everything over the drive thru. RIDICULOUS

Whenever I have gone to this location, I have been disappointed. If it’s not an issue with my order, it’s the employees poor attitude and lack of customer service. It’s such a shame because it’s the closest location to me. The service is so horrible that I would rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes to another Dunkin.
