I come everyday. I love to chat with the hard working girls in the morning. These girls are friendly and are extremely hard working. There is a new manager. He is so rude. Comes over interrupts me speaking with these girls. Gives them extra jobs like he doesnt want them interacting with customers. Get rid of this guy. Or i think ill go to starbucks. Its crazy how one person can make you not want to bring my business there anymore.

It was a total let down. I have been going here for many years. But with the service received yesterday I will not be returning. The service here has really gone downhill. I went in and there was only one person a head of me and it took quite a while to get waited on. There were only 2 donuts, a couple bagels and muffins. The cup of munchkins available had a whole 4 munchkins in it, looked like it had been opened. The staff was not pleasant at all and the coffee was horrible. It’s sad when you go to a place named Dunkin Donuts and they have no donuts. Whoever is in charge of this place may want to think about checking in and making some changes.

Dunkin’ I have my grandchildren snacking bacon ordered and delivered and this is what I get. I call and tell them the response is well come in we will refund. First of all I order it which means I wasn’t going out , second you dont look what’s your giving customers $7.22 later and they can’t eat it . Thanks Belford Dunkin’

Drink was 90% ice. My bacon had to be cooked twice cause it was raw the 1st time. Then it was burnt. Stuffed bagels were hallow inside. I could see inside the whole bagel which means there was no cream cheese in it. Not one thing was done right. They advertised salted caramel on a sign in the window and when I got to the counter they didn’t have it.
