The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and kept on pouting everytime I said something. The drinks were good, the munchkins took 30 minutes exactly to get out and I had to ask because they forgot even though I only ordered 3 things. The other lady working was nice though. Overall don’t go to this dunkin’.

Love the location of this Dunkin’. Sometimes things get a little backed up but the staff is very nice and always does their best to accommodate. Really spacious too. No indoor dining here yet. They have a really good selection when it comes to bakery items. Only downside is the lack of parking but otherwise this Dunkin’ is a good one to visit.

Worst experience ever. I asked for an order of hot chocolate, and two white cheddar bagel twist, and they didn’t even make my order! I waited for ten to twenty minutes just for them to make a me a black watery drink. The hot chocolate machine was broken but they were too busy talking to even notice. They never made the two bagels I ordered so I came back with my dad and this older lady shushed my dad… unbelievable. We never got our bagels they did not give us a receipt, they basically stole our money. Very unorganized, rude, and no management.
