My friend(white) took me(black) to this dunkin yesterday and ordered a frozen drink and when I came and tried to order the exact same thing today they told me “no we don’t make those” and when I told her i can’t the day prior and they DID make it she told me “yeah I’m not doing that” so I opted for a strawberry boboa lemonade and they literally were so rude about making it. I’m so offended that they were so snooty towards me but so nice to the customer that was in front of me(white). Since everyone I saw working was white I’m assuming it’s because I’m black

This place was not organized at all! There was only 1 person ahead of me that ordered a bagel with cream cheese. When we went to the pick up area, there were 3 people ahead that were stating that they were waiting for over 10 minutes already for their order. The drive thru was going very quickly, however one person did come in that he was given the wrong order.

Every morning joe and I get coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts on rt 33. We received exceptional service from Dawn who always remembered our order and greeted us with a warm and genuine smile everyday. Unfortunately today is Dawn’s last day as she is stretching her wings and striving to achieve higher endeavors. So, yesterday we gave Dawn a small goodbye gift for being so good to us and today we received an unexpected thank you note that just melted our hearts. Thank you again Dawn for making our mornings a little bit brighter. We wish you well at your new job. Your friendly face, genuine kindness and exceptional service will be missed.

Went through drive through for the perks Win & was charged full price. When asked why? They said they are different franchises and don’t honor the special. So I asked for a refund to go down the street to the other DD that would honor the win special. When getting my refund it was never putback on my card. They wanted me to delete the app which would delete my cards. Manager was called & said it takes 24 hrs to go on card just to her me out of the store & take the money I paid with no drinks. I kept the refund receipt & if its not on my card in 24 hrs I will be back in that store. So I waited to post my comment to see if my refund went back on my gift card after 24 hours & as expected it DID NOT. SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY & IN RETURN I DID NOT GET ANYTHING ORDERED.

I’ve tried to get donuts at various times and they never have any. I don’t get it. I first tried at 8pm (an hour before closing) and I just thought it was too close to closing time. Then I tried at 7, 6:30, 6pm and still no donuts. If you want donuts for desert, then don’t try here.
