I came inside when nobody else was in and they still screwed it up. Ordered a muffin and 2 croissants, 1 with butter, 1 with cream cheese. The cashier gave me the muffin in a bag and said have a good day. I told them they forgot the croissants so they made them and pretty much took a clump and threw it on.

March 29, 2023 Visit – ordered Stuffed Biscuit Bites which are in a portable sleeve & feature warm Biscuit dough wrapped around savory bacon, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese. You get two bites for $3.19 which seems a bit pricey. They’re definitely bite sized, no bigger. I wouldn’t have minded paying the price had they tasted good. Out of 5 stars, I give them 1 star because the inside seemed doughy and I couldn’t taste the bacon or cheddar cheese flavors. Perhaps the worker did not cook them long enough but I’m not sure if they had been properly cooked, if I would have been able to taste the bacon or cheddar cheese. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I received poor quality food/drink from this location. It seems within the past 2 years the standards have dropped, possibly because of the new staff? A few of the staff members, which have been there for awhile, are competent. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is newer and don’t seem to take pride in their work. I’ve been going to this location for 17 years and the quality has definitely dropped. I’m adjusting the stars for this reason.

When I finally did get someone she stopped and turned like I was an Inconvenience… I’m sorry that you had to be bothered for half a second for a donut Ana. Hope your day gets better.

Everyone works hard here, but if you order ahead and your order includes any bakery item, there’s a 99% chance it will not be given to you and you will have to ask a worker to get it. This happens so frequently and regularly that it must be a problem with the system.

Beautiful inside. Getting into the parking lot was a bit crazy. Small selection of doughnuts and not the best customer service. Didn’t ask for which protein for my wake up wraps, got the wrong donuts we asked for, and we were done eating by the time my daughter got her drink order. And was rather shocked the staple of blueberry cake donuts were not available. For the anticipation of doing to a Dunkin, was pretty bummed it was less than the basic expectation.

My only complaint is while they are remodeling the drive thru line is so long. When orders are taking awhile to make they should have the cars move to a spot and bring food when cooked to them. The line would move much faster especially when you order ahead and just have to pick up. You order ahead to save time
