Staff is very unfriendly, rude, and cannot get a simple order right and give you an attitude when you ask they correct it. This has been going on for years – my husband and I had been going there a few times a week because the location was convenient. We finally had enough and began going to the DD on Shrewsbury Avenue, which is out of the way for us. I now go there daily and the difference in service is VERY noticeable. The Shrewsbury Ave location has a very friendly staff who always get your order right. I have never encountered a negative attitude or rude behavior there. I will never go to the Lincroft DD again.

You need to make sure you check your order. Perplexed how EVERY-TIME I go there they mess things up. These people have one job and they can’t do that. When someone says “jelly donut” don’t give them a Boston cream.
