I am not sure how it is permitted to offer food and drinks and not have working bathrooms? You have indoor seating and you are serving coffee, you must have restrooms. Well apparently this is not the case at this DD location. You can sit, order and pay for food, but dont expect to use the restroom. The employees said that they have to go next door to the liquor store if they need to use the bathroom.

If I could have put zero stars, I would. This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts and my coffee is always disgusting here. Ever single time I come here, I have an outrageously horrible experience. Not to the mention the horrible, rude, careless staff. Although all my experiences are always bad, today really irked me. I placed a mobile order for two SIMPLE items, an iced caramel latte and a classic glazed donut. The rude woman proceeded to hand me a melted coffee that tasted equivalent to water and then told me she doesn’t see that I ordered a donut as I had my phone with the order right in front of her face as she told me “ I don’t know what I’m supposed to be looking at” and then rudely says that the donut will he “on her” as if I didn’t already pay for it. I’m done with this place. Do not go here.
