This Dunkin franchisee is cheap with the ingredients directed by Dunkin drink recipes. When paying for drinks with large margins, their frugalness is offensive, especially when they already charge extra for extras such as almond milk. They lost a customer in spite of proximity to me because of their inability to follow the franchisor recipe. 1 of 3 Dunkins I won’t go to around here because of their cheapness with ingredients. The DDs around here have zero customer service. For years coming here (but no longer), I don’t think I’ve heard a “thank you, enjoy your day” type response from the counter people. This franchisor doesn’t train well and doesn’t train according to the franchise script.

Slow service, didn’t even bother to mix the milk in the iced coffee. Every other dunkin I pick up from swirls the coffee so it’s mixed. I also ordered, waited 8 minutes, had a girl come in after me and get her order then the same girl who took my order asks what I’m waiting for!? I said the 2 iced coffees that YOU took my order a couple minutes ago, I’ve just been standing here thinking you were brewing fresh… Good thing I said yes I want my receipt so I can fill out the survey on it and could’ve turned into a what order situation.

I absolutely love this Dunkin .. I go out of my way just to come to this one specifically! The staff is SUPER nice and on point. My order is normally ready as I walk in the door. Truly couldn’t ask for better service! They always put a smile on my face first thing in the morning.

I work next door to this location and you’d think my coworkers and I would learn. We go because it’s easier then someone running down the road but half the time I think that would be better as almost every time we have to take our order back. I mean seriously my app and my receipt say sausage so why do my sandwiches always have bacon? How hard is it to put sausage on a sandwich. Not to mention how incredibly rude they are when you come over and tell them it’s wrong. They argue with you even when you show proof. This is the last time I’ll go to this location, I’d rather drive 8 minutes down the road then walk next door.
