Worst dunkin by far ! 9:30 am I went in to this dunkin , prior to me ordering my food I watched a lady in front of me experience the dunkin employee sneeze Into the glove and parchment paper before grabbing her donut, the lady asked for a new one which the employee gave her then put the donut in question back on the shelf. I still order my coffee hoping that this was just a mistake on the employees behalf but I was wrong ! This dunkin donuts is just gross! After ordering my coffee I was waiting to the side watching the man employee make some food , then it happen another test . A piece of sheet paper they use to put there food on to heat up fell on the floor he picked it up after 3 min wiped it off and used it again! I suggest we all stay away from this dunkin!

I stopped coming here for about a year because they were so bad. I came in again one day and not only was I the only customer on line waiting for 10 minutes to get my order taken, but my drink was made incorrectly. And my drink is so easy. You’d think if every other Dunkin could make the same easy drink the same, this one would be able to as well, but I guess not. Don’t come here.

Ordered online at 7:08am a Coffee and a wake up wrap. Arrived there at 7:13AM only to find a coffee. They were not busy and had only one person at the counter at a time while I was there. But what I noticed was that there was a trainee working a certain area and three other adults which seemed like owners or managers. I just hovered around to get someone’s attention and finally the new person came over and asked what I’m waiting for. I told her about the missing wrap, and she apologized and started working on it.

To forever to get our order completed and we did on the go. Had to wait there at the pick up window at least 6 minutes while they messed up people’s orders and did everything slow. The good: the croissants were super fresh so my bacon egg and cheese croissant was spot on. I do believe they added sugar to my drink when I had requested none though.

Just moved out to the area. I’ve always gone to a Dunkin Donuts for breakfast before work. This one has been by far the worst one I’ve visited. The two women who work in the morning are extremely lazy. I’ve visited twice and both times they stood around talking to each other or were making personal phone calls while taking orders. They take way too long to get an order done. In other DD’s I’ve only spent a few minutes waiting for a drink and sandwich. The women here take their time walking from station to station to compete an order. Usually one is working while the other just stands and watches. I’d rather drive further out than continue to go here.

Best DD in the area. The coffee is always hot, fresh made exactly to my liking. The people are friendly and pleasant. To give this place a bad review because it was noisy one day is petty. All restaurants have this problem at some time or the other.
