I went to this Dunkin on the way to my nail appointment. On my way out, I walked up on the mulch to get to my car, because some guy was backing up and clearly didn’t see me. I slipped and smacked down hard on the concrete. Hand scraped, knees cut, I couldn’t get up right away. It was bad. A nice gentleman stopped to ask if I was okay and picked up my coffee….. it didn’t spill! I give the strength of these cups and lids, and the employees packing a 10/10!! I may be beat up by the concrete but at least my coffee didn’t spill!!! I needed caffeine even more after that accident!!!

No drive through at this location and the inside is too cramped up. The staff are friendly and efficient so your order is rolled out in a few. My coffee came out good but donkin did a disservice with their new coffee cup…it’s always spilling now.

On the plus side, the shop is light and Airy, reasonably quiet, clean and service the normal Dunkin Donuts Fair. Staff was friendly. On the minus side the handicap parking is a bit far from the store and while they do have a cut curb, it is not Direct in line between the handicap parking and the door into the store. Also know if they have a single unisex restroom, which is fine by me, but some people might find it interesting

This Dunkin’ can never seem to get the orders correct. Today I ordered two medium iced coffees just black online. My brother picked up the order got all the way home and realized it was two med iced teas. Ok everyone makes a mistake, I get it, but now I had to go all the way back to Dunkin’ where I was told “mistakes happen” and that they wouldn’t be able to compensate me in anyway ( I asked for one of the coffees to be a large instead of a medium for me having to come all

Clean D&D. The staff needs SERIOUS SERIOUS HELP. They have trouble maintaining orders from the web and people actually in the store. The wait can be so long you will have to leave before getting anything because you have to get to work and cannot afford 15 minutes to get breakfast
