The drinks are almost always great, the only complaint I have is that so often the lids aren’t on right and it’ll cause drinks to spill everywhere. Sometimes the lids seem stretched out and even if you try to fix it, it won’t sit right on the cup. This isn’t really Dunkin’s fault though, just whoever makes their cups/lids.

Online pick up orders are always ready on time . A lot of the Staff are younger High school aged employees. They are all very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Even when its busy. I’ve never had anything but a positive experience there. 🙂
