I am sure a lot of you may be thinking as to why I have a over all 2 * even when food and atmosphere are 5 *s. Yes, I have a reason. This is the third time I have been getting the lids, which are very dirty. Take a look at the picture. I got 4 drinks, and all the lids were very dirty. Just can not be used. Fine dust is settled on it and may not be noticeable clearly in the pic, but the big ones appear clearly as black ones. I will update my revision only when I see good ones in my next visit.

I was here to get iced coffee with my sister. The man who gave us our coffees was extremely nice, so we tipped him. He was the only one working there at the time, so we both felt bad. There were two other ladies being extremely rude to the man doing his best despite working alone. The service was great though, and we got our drinks quickly. The iced coffee is good.

Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. They consistently serve coffees with spoiled cream and this is now the third time I’ve had a coffee I instantly threw away and it’ll be the last time I go there. They make mistakes constantly with orders. Often even though I order it through the app they forget adding mocha or less ice. There are flies everywhere inside and it is overall the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They also have a rude staff if you ever order from the window. Avoid at all costs

If there we 6 stars, I’d need to give it. I asked for a cup of water for my dog in the car (it’s chilly out). The gentleman who rang me up informed me of “pup cups” . The store had cleared out, and he DELIVERED TO MY CAR A PUP CUP! As you can see below, it was a big hit! Thank you for your kindness. It made my day even a bit brighter! PS (his first name began with an “S”. Possibly Saheed? I apologize for forgetting… it’s 2 pm and I’ve yet to have my coffee). The young woman on shift was also quite nice…a lovely smile on her face. I went in for a hot chocolate like I have been regularly doing here. Well the cups are super hot since it’s just paper. I asked the employee for either a sleeve if they had it or another cup. She just kept shaking her head no at me. And when I said well it’s going to burn me she finally tossed one at me. For now on I will travel the 15 minutes to one so I deal with someone nicer.
