Absolutely horrid. My boss goes there in the morning due to it being right by our job. We will never go there again. The past 3 times we’ve gone in there our order was messed up. Asked for a frozen coffee then got a ice coffee. Guy argued it was frozen. Asked for a sesame bagel then got a cinnamon one. Gave me attitude when I asked him to switch it cause it was not what was ordered. Asked for an ice coffee with hazelnut cream sugar. No flavor shot and just dumped sugar on top without mixing it. Asked for the snack bacon and they gave me a bag of burnt bacon. I’m not one to leave reviews cause I’ve worked in food before but this location is just horrible. Here’s a pic of the bacon.

This location used to be one of the better locations. Nowadays, they screw up mine & my family’s orders every single time we go. Last night they couldn’t even get a hot green tea with honey, correctly. My son ask for oatmilk in his coffee all the time, & every single time they put regular milk it it. I really don’t know what’s going on over there, the last several months.

This Dunkin claims the donuts are baked on premisis. A Dunkin that does this is in high demands thsse days. The sign out front states this but these doughnuts are not baked at this location! The employees are aware that the sign is old and needs to be taken down. Don’t be fooled

I’ve been to many different Dunkin stores but this is the first to have such a friendly staff. They were very fast to get us our food once we ordered and we’re were nice and respectful the whole time. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the workers behind the counter. Overall place was very clean, fast, friendly and respectful service. Coming here always from now on!

The moment I walked into the front door I was greeted by a very personable employee, an older gentleman refreshing a very tidy stock station. The woman who took my order was very knowledgeable about their menu and was very pleasant to speak to. Once my order was ready, the male employee took it upon himself to deliver my drink and snack to where I was sitting. Outstanding service. Chocolate Stout Cold Brew was phenomenal, as were the Chicken Bacon Cheddar Croissant Stuffers.

Very slow service…. only 1 coffee ordered via the DD app… I waited forever for it (well, not actually forever, but 15 minutes)… I only saw 2 employees in the store – it wasn’t super busy, they were just a bit overwhelmed with what they had! ..the coffee was ok!!
