I often go here and frequently my order is made wrong. Food service is an unbelievably difficult job and people are often not very kind to you as you work. When these mistakes happen, often I just let it go. Occasionally I’ll call up for a replacement item, if I have the time to grab it. Today I did not, and after it happening so repeatedly I called for a refund because I wanted my money back to buy lunch later somewhere else. I told them this on the phone, they offered a replacement sandwich. I said no, as this has happened over and over again and I’d rather just not have it at this point even if it was made correctly. I was promptly hung up on. I did not curse, yell or cause any issue. They just simply didn’t wanna deal with me. This is poor customer service, I’ve repeatedly worked with their employees over similar mistakes, they know who I am. There was 0 reason to leave me hanging about this. Attached are photos of the burned grilled cheese. Yes, it’s a good grilled cheese sandwich I’m having so much trouble getting a hold of. Lol.

One of the cleanest and well maintained Dunkin’ locations I’ve seen. They got plenty of seating spaces and even soft chairs and couches. You can tell that they understaffed at the moment but it happens across most of the industries. Yet, our lattes along with bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches came out great , delicious and just pretty. Definitely recommend all coffee lovers

Once again they messed up. I ordered a blue raspberry coolatta. Wait in line 20 mins just for the cashier to hand me half of a large. I ordered a large. I hand it back, Muslim lady come over and says she made a new one. It looked fine so I drove off. Get a mile down the road, take a sip and find out all they did was add a lot more ice. Very disappointed and I usually don’t complain but this is not there first screw up. Atleast the cashier was nice.

FAMILY FIRST
I went in this Dunkin and ordered a egg and cheese croissant. They gave me a egg and sausage croissant. No biggie mistakes happen but what shouldn’t happen is the young lady took the sandwich back and just took the sausage off and give me back the sandwich. I don’t eat pork I was completely upset and the young lady gave me attitude so I asked for my money back. The other young lady was very apologetic and convinced me to let her remake and I did.

By far worse DD in NJ. Needs new ownership. These New Delhi Indian owners aren’t cutting it. They charge for ice and add additional charges when you ask for less ice in your drink. The kids working there always get the orders wrong. STAY AWAY UNTIL NEW OWNERSHIP COMES IN.
