Wasn’t a bad place at all! My only complaint is that ehen I ordered from the counter, I asked for no cheese but got cheese (bacon, egg, and cheese). Not a huge deal to me but if you are extremely lactose intolerant, be careful when eating here. Would recommend.

Ordered a sweet pepper bacon egg cheese sandwich and received my sandwich with no egg. It’s extremely frustrating because some individuals don’t have the time to go back and get the order fixed. When I tried calling the phone number for this dunkin location the phone number is not in service. I would appreciate a response and would like for them to update there phone number for future incidents like this so customers can reach out to management.

I asked them to put extra almond milk in my coffee and the Indian guy said they dont do that, and then he said that they would have to charge extra for almond milk…but I had already paid in the kiosk. I’ve never had this issue in any DD or starbucks. He was really rude. I’m not sure he used almond milk because the coffee tastes weird. Horrible, i’m wont be coming again!

Using the kiosk in Dunkin Donuts was a new experience for me. One thing I didn’t like was that the kiosk doesn’t ask if you want milk with expresso. The cashier said he would add the milk but never did . The taste was bitter . The remaining experience was great, except it never said how to activate the scanner . There should be an option in the kiosk for adding milk in an expresso. I hope it will be added soon.

The guy working the drive thru today needs training or maybe a new career. How unprofessional to yell at a customer saying they are taking too long, meanwhile all the reviews in here recently say it takes 20-30 minutes for a coffee and bagel order. Avoid this location and just get a kuerig.
