Their mobile order space is too small to handle their volume. My drink fell off the edge of the counter where it was placed. I asked for a replacement and was told I had to get online and pay again! It’s the only place people are willingly to pay for BAD SERVICE, BAD COFFEE, BAD FOOD for convenience. Pay a little extra and go down the street to PRICILLA’S PANTRY for great service, great coffee, great food where they know how to take care of a customer!

The coffee is consistently bitter and this is the only franchise that’s this bad. I go to dunkin often and actively avoid this place now. Do not recommend!

Coffee was stale, hash browns were cold burnt soggy and rubbery all at the same time! There were no other customers but they still wouldn’t make them fresh and gave them to me from the heating tray, it looked like they had been there all morning! I also got a bagel and the toppings were all burnt. I would recommend not wasting money here and going to bagels-4-u instead!

Standard Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee’s good. I don’t eat donuts, and the rest tastes the same. They put it in a giant oven for 30 seconds, and it has some weird consistency.

Seriously blown away with how friendly the staff is here. I accidentally ordered my coffee too sweet. I went back to stand in line to ask if they wouldn’t mind making me a new one, and they pulled me out of line to help me and make my coffee less sweet. They made it quickly and with kindness. It was even a free drink I got on the app. The staff is hard working and thankful. Friendly begets friendly. Treat everyone with kindness and you will receive kindness back.
