I only really get the cheddar bagel twists here and while they always taste fine the shape is very inconsistent. Some are perfect twists and others are like a bagel balloons, it’s actually fun to guess what kind will be in my bag on any given morning.

Nice staff. Layout causes confusion with mobile and delivery pickup next to registers. You get a large group of people congregated in front who are buying, pickup and delivery. Consider moving pickup area away from registers.

Everytime I order a iced anything with 2 extra shots of espresso I get a tall glass of milk.. cant stand dunkin donuts.. 8 dollars down the drain everytime. If you don’t mind paying more than 5 for coffee go to Starbucks everytime! Dunkin is a waste of money!

This place has had its ups and downs but they have some great staff members here. 🙂 My coworkers and I order through the app pretty much every day for our midday coffee pick-up. We have one coworker who gets Diet Coke every order and they always give us a cup with ice without us having to ask. The only downside is when they get overwhelmed with orders (honestly I feel bad because people in this area can be *very* impatient ) but I personally don’t mind the wait.

I feel bad since this guy is new (probably been there a month now), but how can you make a drink taste so bad consistsntly? This used to be my favorite Dunkin since they’re the only one that can make my drink right, but now this new dude keeps either giving me the completely wrong drink, or it tastes dirt. I know it’ll take time, but if I order a caramel coffee, why am I given on that tastes like a cake? 3 stars since anyone else there can make my simple drink taste how it’s supposed to.
