They have no work ethic. Went in to get my order. One car at drive thru and that was it. The person ordered a coffee drink. The girl serving them was slow as molasses, looked over at me and said one minute, but didn’t make any effort to hurry at all. If anything it looks like she started working slower. Meanwhile another girl behind the counter was on her cell phone reading. She didn’t even look up and just let me stand there. After 10 minutes of no service, I walked out.

Me and a co-worker walked in and were greeted with stares from the staff. No one was in line or seating area but they were fully staffed. Went to the counter and nobody came to take our order, I went to restroom and came back and my co-worker still had not been served. I said hello to the closest worker and everyone looked over and smiled but still not one person said can I help you or anything. I was waiting for someone to yell out that we were not wanted in their store. I did drive by a establishment not far from here which says no colors. We just wanted some coffee

If I could give a negative stars I would. Dunkin in this area has gone down. This one wasn’t so bad but it’s only getting worse. Had 5 cars in front of me in Drive thru, they still didn’t have my bagel with cream cheese ready when I got to window, had to wait out front for 5 mins( probably because they never even started to make it) and then I get home to find…half smashed bagel, cream cheese not spread,bagel not toasted… I’m just done with dunkin 100%

The girls that make the drinks are very sweet, do mistakes happen yes they do but the girls are more than happy to make it right. Maybe theres an issue with the headsets and theyre not hearing drink orders correctly but i continue to go because 9 out of 10 times its done right and they are very sweet. Kindness goes along way

I visit this location frequently but I won’t anymore. Every time when I go through the drive through I am told to pull around front to wait even though no one is behind me. When I do they forget about you. Today was the last time. I went inside, after waiting out front for 7 minutes, and told them they forgot about me again. They said they didn’t but then the person making my breakfast said she would START making my order. There was no one in the store or in the drive through. I told them forget it and left. This is the only location it happens at.

I went here 2 days in a row after w while since its closest to my house. First time I had went back I ordered 2 hash browns through drive through I recieved 2 burned, overcooked and soggy hash browns. I had to drive 7 minutes back to get them switched. My 2nd time back I ordered a chocolate chip muffin, after starting to eat it I realized the inside was RAW. Not Happy, wish they would do better. Although the customer service seems to be getting better but food quality has taken a hit.

I wish that i could give them 0 stars. I work and live near this location and EVERYTIME i order for work or days off, i never get exactly what i want. Certain days when ordering in the drive thru, they barely pay attention when theyre ordering because theyre busy screwing around with other employees. If i order a bagel and ask them to toast it, it never is. I have received hash browns that were hard as a brick and couldnt even eat them. No matter how much you complain, they truly dont care whatsoever. They are sooooo unprofessional here its disgusting. i will NEVER go to this location EVER again. They are HORRIFIC!!!
