Sadly, this DD is yet another business in town hiring HS students & not properly training them to give good quality & good customer service. Ordered 2 refreshers (get these frequently) & they added milk or cream, ordered an iced Charlie & taste nothing like a Charlie. Took 8 min to get the rest of my order: 2 donuts and ham & cheese roll up. Received 4 donuts & could see the kids inside talking & joking instead of making the ham & cheese roll up. Too many other DD & coffee shops in the area to settle.
