This is by far the worst dunkin ever!!! The morning shift employees are fine the afternoon/night employees are a joke!!! 2 people working and I just sat for over 15 mins in a long line at 630 pm just for a coffee. I know it’s hard to find good workers but it might be time to pull those applications back out and start interviewing.

I specifically said caramel in my coffee and he didn’t put it up on the drive through screen, so I said “hey, just letting you know that I wanted caramel flavoring” and he said “yea i’ll put caramel in.” Proceeds to not put caramel in the coffee after I paid for and asked for it twice.

Browns Mills DD is the worse, food is never hot and never right, POOR quality of food, dry and burnt. Coffee is hot but they never get your order correct unless you say black Coffee

If I could give this dunkin’ no stars I would. They are always rude every time I go there. they never get my drink right, food is always missing in the bag. my food this morning was so burnt I couldn’t eat it and coffee was so bitter and made wrong. The people working there have no customer service and I definitely won’t be returning.

This is a high-traffic Dunkin Donuts but they are efficient! There is usually an 8 car line but the line moves quickly. I haven’t had any issues with my order or service. Pretty solid DD. I am pleased.

Lately this establishment has not been efficient with walk in. Store Manager is nice but the employees lock the door to walk in customers even though there are no more restrictions in place. The food is great but customer service needs to improve. Not everyone in my town has the ability to drive so walking up to the drive in is dangerous. Not only that but certain specialty donuts sell faster when the drive thru is the only thing open.
