Should have kept the hazelnut frozen coffee. Too many options to go thru. Modern day Dunkins suck.. Donuts aren’t made on premises . Never can get order correct. Donuts and Coffee were much better when that all you sold . Hire people that actually want to work. Workers need to start taking some pride in what they are making. Nowadays its simple instructions that the workers can’t follow cause they just don’t want too or that just can’t read…Tim Hurton’s is so much better…

I was so excited when they opened this Dunkin’ so close to my house but they disappoint me every time!! I always order a small frozen coffee and it’s never made the same!! Something needs to be done (new employees and managers). Also drive-thru wait times are ridiculous!! Do better Dunkin!!

1 star only because I can’t give a zero. This is by far without a doubt the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. I stopped going there months ago because my order was always wrong, never made my coffee correctly, would ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it, would get a plain bagel not toasted, not cut, cream cheese on side with no knife and no napkins. Iced coffee would have a froth on it which I have no idea what that was but would never have the right flavor shot, or a ton of cream or not any, or a whole cup of ice when specifically asking for less ice. Sandwiches thrown together and falling apart in the bag. Decided to give it another go considering the recent “under new management” have two hungry little kids in the car and the woman taking my order was very rude, dismissive, with an arrogant and unprofessional tone. Needless to say I stopped mid order and left the drive through. If you’re in the service industry it’s part of your job to have people skills and not be rude. My 6 year old could do better taking drive through orders. I’ll never go to this establishment again and will go out of my way to make sure anyone I know will never go to this establishment. The absolute worst.

It’s a shame – if you aren’t in the drive thru they won’t even acknowledge you standing there . Maybe they need to add a timer for customers standing at the counter ? Almost 10 minutes standing there without 1 employee acknowledging me .

Terrible service, I keep thinking may be next time it will be better, but that’s the definition of insanity. I thought under new management things would be better, but I’m thinking this change was for the worse. There is a blond woman that I always seem to get. She truly seems to hate her job. She has an attitude and never listens to your order. If the drive through screen actually worked, the mistakes in my order could have been fixed prior to driving to the window. $10 for two drinks that were wrong, because the worker seems to be annoyed anyone has the audacity to ask for her to perform her job and doesn’t listen. This dunkin is in a great location and their business and review could be so much better. I am a daily dunkin customer, sometimes 2xs a day. So that being said, there are other dunkins that I will continue to go to patron. Do better management, hire better employees, and cut the attitude.
