I found a half blonde and half brownish hair inside my iced matcha latte. Will never be going there again. Their drinks taste different everyday. I’ve been getting matcha from them and one time they gave me matcha but it had a coffee taste mixed with matcha. If people are wondering, no it’s not my hair. I’m fully brunette and I have really long hair. Never dyed my hair. This hair was short and blonde/brownish.

UPDATE: Went yesterday afternoon to pick up mobile order through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, the young girl didn’t acknowledge me. While looking at the screen, she asked me what I ordered. I told her and she seemed confused. A few minutes go by & she then calls the manager/asst. manager over. Apparently she was confused by my order. I ordered my free Perks beverage. The person in charge asks if I placed a mobile order, which I did. Tells me to pull around front & someone will bring it out. I pull into a front parking spot in direct line to the front door. And I waited at least 10 minutes. Didn’t see any worker. Went back to drive thru where there was a different young girl who was confident in what she was doing. Got my drink but overheard the manager? say the drink was ready but there was no one out there. She never made an attempt because I would have seen it. Poor excuse and severely lacks customer service. The situation was handled poorly. Unfortunate that the owner of this store doesn’t read these comments.

BUYER BEWARE. I was just here at around 12:45pm on 1/24/23 in the drive thru. I ordered a large iced coffee with almond milk and sugar. When I pulled up, the price was $4.04, which is higher than I typically pay for this drink that I order daily in the Delanco location but I figured it was just different town, different price. I pulled away and saw the label said french vanilla swirl. I turned around and went inside to get my order corrected. I explained that I was in the drive thru and received the wrong drink, and that I was charged for a drink I didn’t order. I restated what I ordered and the cashier treated me like I was wrong for asking. I did not receive change or a refund. She handed me an unknown coffee drink with AT LEAST half a cup of sugar in it. This was clearly a passive aggressive move against the customer for daring to come back and correct an honest mistake. I won’t be a customer here again.

Every time I go in this dunkin facility, its clean, nice, the donuts always look neat & clean in the trays…the store is a great model for stores but the grumpybtype faces most every time I go in is not so exciting…I dont like it!! I just feel like the person at the register, there seems to be a feeling as if there being bothered by my being there..I just feel a smile is always my more inviting. I just feel it’s not pleasant not in the morning to have someone who feels bothered by me getting a coffee and s donut, I feel like I have disturbed someone…ots not like that at all stores, but esp.yhe one in Columbus is not a nice visit, even after several years it seems to be the protocol, never a greeting of happiness, just a feeling of bother..the food is good, but the donuts, a smile goes a long way!!!

An awesome place. I’ve been coming here off and on over the years with friends from the nearby military academy I attended in the 70s. Went there today and had another great time in their outdoor area. It was an extra bonus that they now have a new food truck that makes some excellent cheese steaks.
