Fuck Off
The staff can’t seem to understand English, we tried to talk to them with simple words that we thought they could easily understand but still can’t understand us. We had to go back because they messed up our orders and the donuts we got tasted terribly/old.

Was in this location a couple weeks ago and had a frustrating encounter with staff. I had 4 people in my vehicle and all wanted medium frozen coffees. A shorter young curly hair male took our order in the drive thru. I pulled forward to the window and he yelled 4 FROZEN COFFEES. I explained I had 4 people in the car and he responded by yelling at me that they are hard to make and take a long time and then shoved the coffees out the window (almost dropping them) and slammed the window shut and dirty looked me. Im sorry but if working in a food service setting making 4 coffees is to hard then you shouldn’t be working in that field. I would strongly suggest people to use another location.

I ended up coming with my sister and friend to get some food. We asked for donuts and the worker who was ringing us up was rude the whole time, than she gave us the wrong donut and when we asked her if the donut she gave us was boston cream she proceeded to put it in the bag when i did NOT order a boston cream donut.

Waited in the drive through for 10 mins, not response. I drove up to the pay window and the person there said, “sorry didn’t hear you was attending to the inside customers” I asked, “so should I drive around?” He said, “yeah maybe” so I drove around and STILL didn’t get any response. I drove off without being served.

Order via the mobile app, just to show up for pick up and nothing be available. Asked for a refund and was told they can’t do refunds. Emailed the corporate hotline and still have not heard from the restaurant or franchise.I would call before ordering here. You might end up in the same situation.
