I ordered through the Dunkin app and drove through to pick up my drink. I realized my drink was made incorrectly and I had to turn around to get it fixed. The original drink was missing a flavor and had too much milk in it. Once I pulled through the drive thru, there were no apologies of their mistake and THEY DIDN’T even remake my drink since I asked for less milk & add the flavor that was missing….. They just added the flavor into the original mistake drink and gave it to me. I would expect a food service area to have better service and to remake a drink if it was made wrong in the first place. Bad service & not coming back here again

A interesting Dunkin. The building is an old bank so the layout is a little different. There is plenty of parking and decent seating indoors. The drive-thru has a canopy so it’s only for smaller cars. I don’t think large trucks will make it. The food and coffee is the usual Dunkin offerings.

I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. Just moved to Cherry Hill decided to give the DD a try as I go everyday and need a new DD. Pulled into the drive thru and heard a muffled voice say something inaudible. I waited a few minutes and said “hello”. No response, after a minute I drove to the pickup window where I was rudely asked “Uhhh, dis you place an order yet?” When I replied “No” and went to explain , the employee walked away as I was talking. He chatted with a coworker briefly ND they just looked t me and continued with ht they were doing. No explanation or anything. I just left. Very rude ND even though you are now the closest DD to me, I’ll be going elsewhere and making sure you aren’t the same owners.

This place is so unorganized. I order on the mobile app for drive-through pick up and they take forever. the last time I ordered hot tea and they gave me a coffee I stead. the time before that I ordered avocado toast and they ran out of the toast… didn’t offer me anything else just told me to go on the app and get a refund After I had already waited in line. Time before that I pulled up to the window and they had given my order away to someone else so I had to wait which made me late for work.

Absolutely awful! So sad that Dunkin went in a tragically wrong direction in the past few years. I waited in line for over 25 minutes until I left. They have no clue on how to establish queues. They had one person taking care of a problem order. They had another taking care of drive through. The person at drive through should have went back and fourth from drive through to front end until both lines were gone and the problem situation was gone. Never again.
