The staff is not always friendly, in fact they talked amongst themselves for a good 4-5 minutes while I stood there, waiting for them to take my order recently. My orders are way too often wrong (as happens at most DD). THE WORST PART has to be that they suspiciously changed their prices recently. Inflation is to be expected but they raised their prices significantly one day and when I questioned why I paid about .30 cents less for the same small coffee the day before, the employee stuttered a bit, not sure exactly how to answer (which is weird already), and then said she’d give me a discount (which was still higher than the day before)-it just made no sense at all. I won’t be going back to this location-yet another DD that I’ll be boycotting. UPDATE: New people make the experience a bit better at this location and I will no longer boycott if I’m desperate for my coffee fix!

The usual stuff. Donuts and coffee. They close early despite the 11pm time given on the website. THEY CLOSE BETWEEN 7 and 8pm Odd for a DD. I live 2 blocks away and drive by regularly so I know this is absolutely true.You need a DD card to order from the online app. Not overly friendly but they barely speak english and I’m not there for conversation. I’ve uploaded an exciting cup of coffee for your viewing pleasure. The coffee is good. It’s always hot and fresh. IRS convener and there is more than 1 car in the drive thru. The 3 stars is fir the closing early. That’s WAY TOO EARLY TO CLOSE.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve gone here (it’s my local Dunkin’) and orders always wrong – order ice coffee you get hot coffee (still with wrong ingredients) go back next day ask your iced coffee with whole milk and sugar finally get ice coffee but with oat milk and no sugar , try again different morning ask for ice coffee whole milk and regular sugar and get a black hot coffee – I’m done I go to the one down street out of my way now in Bellmawr they actually listen and make great drinks/and food …

I ordered a croissant with egg, sausage and cheese and i can promise it’s the worst croissant you’ll ever have and gave me a feeling that this place is not here to serve custom but fleece customers. Avoid by all means it’s a trashy place. Dunkin donut should do some due diligence before handing franchise to such incompetent people. Trash
