So I recently moved to the area decided to stop by this Dunkin on my Birthday and went through the drive through and I had birthday rewards but the lady at the window kept telling me it didn’t go through so I ended up going inside after being inside same thing got said so whatever I decided to pay. After I paid I got told oh your reward shows up now but you can’t use it since you paid already next time you come in it will be available. It’s so frustrating that it took forever to get my drinks and food because they couldn’t figure out the rewards.

Absolutely disgusting. A coffee place that can’t make coffee. A latte tastes like sweet watered down milk with zero coffee. Food thats burnt on outside Frozen on inside. Its. No matter when you stop , it’s always the same. Don’t waste your $$. What’s sad is it seems like they are all turning out to be this way.

This location makes the best drinks, BUT the older nasty lady at the drive through needs an attitude adjustment. She was complaining that people kept coming through the drive threw and she wanted to go outside. Then she proceeded to literally throw my change at me no where near my hand and proceeds tell me I can get it if I want. I told her I didn’t need a dime that bad bet she went out and got it. If you can not handle working with people then get a different job! Next time I will not be so “whatever “ about it. Do BETTER!!!!!

A little disappointed in this one… I asked for cold brew & they just gave me a regular coffee with ice in it to cool it down so it just tasted like watered down coffee. They also charged me 99 cents because I asked for no ice, which I haven’t seen at any other Dunkin’s. On the bright side, they’re one of the few that still carry the everything bagel bites.

I wouldn’t usually take time to review a Dunkin, but this location deserves recognition. Out of every location I visit in the area, this one is the best. They actually greet you, give you a total and say thank you as you leave. By far the most pleasant staff, most locations have miserable employees. Orders are also always made well.
