Got an iced latte with caramel and LIQUID sugar (I said it twice, because this location is known for messing up the most simple orders), why did they dump a whole bunch regular sugar in my iced latte? Who even puts regular sugar in an iced drink knowing that it’s not going to dissolve? I gave this location another chance after going to the delran location for a couple of months just to be disappointed once again.

Absolutely awful!! I’ve given this location many chances over the last couple of years. From getting my orders wrong to inconsistencies in the food to waiting over 10mins in a drive thru to actually receiving someone else’s order entirely. However today was the worst of the worst. They were understaffed, ok that happens, but instead of letting people know they just locked the doors. No sign, nothing. However the best part is that they STILL kept taking on line orders for walk in pick up!! So basically the people who ordered through the app for in store pick up either had to wait in a drive thru line 15+ cars deep or leave their paid in full orders at the store since they couldn’t go inside. This place has always been rough but they have sunk to a new low with this incident today. I don’t understand how other DD locations can have such great service but this one just completely sucks! Do yourself a favor, either save your money or find another location to patronize. This place is not worth a dime and the owner/manager should be embarrassed that this place is run in the manner that it is.

Aweful!!! today I got the dirtiest box of Alvacado toast with barely any bacon on it box that had dirt and hair stuck to it as well as the coffee was awful and watered down!! Huge difference when you go to delran versus delanco Save yourself a Headache and just go somewhere else than here

Never had a problem with my order until today 3-25-21. I ordered a sausage egg & cheese croissant. No toasted. Instead I got a toasted croissant with no egg. I understand they may be training new people, and the woman at the drive thru was extremely nice, but they should really double check the order. Especially with only 3 cars in line.
