This location has declined tremendously this past year. Every weekend they open late. I do OTG ordering at opening time only to show up to a dark empty store. Therefore, having to go home and return later. The hot coffee is luke warm and seriously lacks the flavor you requested. If I order a large, I expect 4 pumps of flavor‼️. HORRIBLE!! Bring back the old staff plzzzzzz

I made an order online through the app. The app said this location was limited to the pickup method walk-in and drive through. The drive thru was packed so I choose to walk-in but doors are locked. It’s pouring raining at the time, mind you. I try calling the store phone number for info but it’s rings busy multiple times. I’m guessing it’s a dead number. At that point lm annoyed and want my money back. It’s only $5 but it’s the principle. I want to explain my frustration so maybe they fix the issues so it doesn’t happen to others. I go in drive thru and explain. There were 2 people working the window both saying the same thing. I complained and got these responses “we don’t do walk in because limited employees”..”we can’t control the app info” (yet they’ll take orders from it)…”you can’t get a refund from us you have to call corporate”. And they refused to give their names to me. I won’t say they were necessarily rude but they didn’t seem to care much. They wasted like 20mins of my time. I definitely won’t be back at that store and I may be done Dunkin altogether. Poor customer service. To the manager fix your phone number and fix the app so it reflects your limited pick up methods. So your store is taking orders via the DD app yet the information on it isn’t correct? Also DD should have a better refund policy. I can’t refund directly at the store so I have to waste my time calling corporate? Seems like DD way too comfortable wasting customers time. Go figure.

I frequent Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis. Employees are very friendly and helpful, and they KNOW their regulars!! ANY AND ALL establishments are clean and welcoming. I would recommend getting the Dunkin app to build up points for coffees, drinks, specialty coffees, lattes, espressos, macchiatos (which they offer hot and iced), and food; it is WELL WORTH IT! Especially if you visit on a daily basis. FYI, they DO offer liquid sugar in place of regular sugar, just request it. The bacon and cheddar omelet bites are a must try. I love the Avocado toast myself and if you like Avocado, I recommend you try it! Keep up the great work, great service and great customer service!
