I would give them 1 star but they don’t even deserve that. I’m a manager for a different Dunkin Donuts located in South Jersey. An by far this is the worse one. Just based off customer service itself. The one relatively young women that works in the morning (maybe Hispanic) seem to always have an attitude and that can deter customers from going there. Mind you they couldn’t get a basic small hot tea with 3 sugars and 3 milks right. I understand the location of the store is terrible but it will go along way if the staff had 5 star customer service. I know this because I’m a manager for a Dunkin franchise. The store has potential, the employees just need the right mindset.

This Dunkin Donuts should have been shut down a long time ago. The customer service is horrible and the owner, management, and staff are highly disrespectful. The quality and freshness of the food is awful and if you complain about it or request a refund or for your food to be remade they will tell you that you can’t come back to the store and will not serve you. They treat the residents of camden less than human and pick and choose who they will and will not serve. Mainly because they have no respect or decency for anyone they believe lives in camden or may be homeless. It will be a wonderful day when they knock it down and rebuild downtown Camden and put a more respectable business in the city. I would advise anyone I know to never patronize this establishment.

If I can give this DD a 0 start I would!! Don’t go here, I ordered latte and after leaving this store I ended up getting beg like rashes alll over my dame body. Idk if it’s because of the drink or the store. Mind you I didn’t go no where else and I was all covered. I definitely don’t recommend this location. Very filthy!

Horrible with DoorDash orders!! I order coffee everyday from 2 Dunkin’ locations. Unfortunately, I decided to stop using this location as of today. I’ve ordered iced macchiatos and received iced coffees which cost less. I’ve ordered numerous large orders for my team to have multiple items missing. You can’t call nobody picks up the phone. Terrible

I am giving it a one as this place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever seen in my LIFE. These guys don’t even smile ☺ at you… EVER. It’s always packed. They don’t have any sugars, cream, straws, napkins etc. available. They have a bathroom but deny their PREGNANT customers to use it, against the law in the great state of New Jersey. It doesn’t matter how pleasant you are… Never a smile, absolutely NEVER A “THANK YOU”. Never a “You’re welcome” after YOU thank THEM. You can’t get good, pleasant service at that location when you kiss their ass trying to get it. That is SO not right. The entire staff should be fired effective immediately and a new staff who know what customer service is should be brought in. I saw another review about “Barb”. Must be family or something because that woman also has the personality of a doorknob and has poor service skills as well. At least put your staff through some high quality customer service training and FAST. They wonder why no one on the planet wants to leave a tip? There’s your answer. I’m perfectly capable of leaving a decent tip but I choose to give them absolutely nothing as they don’t strive one bit to keep the customer happy. On the contrary, they act like the customer is an inconvenience. If you have seen customers be “rude” as mentioned above it is most likely as a result of the ridiculously lousy and incredibly RUDE customer service. I’ve thought of calling the corporate headquarters about it. Guess I will do that today now that I’m thinking about it. Any other store is fine. Some are better than others but I should be able to get my own cream and sugar and some mediocre service at the least. Come on now.

Hey Everybody
This place is so ghetto. The staff is beyond rude, bathroom is never working, and when it does, they won’t let you use it. Manager will cuss you out just for asking for more sugar. I don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down yet.
