This is my local store, so I’ve been going here for about 10 years. I’m not sure if the place has been sold, but the customer service here is the worst! They’ve hired younger workers, who are always either on their phones or gossiping. I ordered French vanilla coffee and was told that they don’t sell it. I finally placed my order, only to be given hot coffee when I asked for iced. I gave it back, waited 6-7 more minutes, and ended up getting a frozen coffee. I just took the coffee and left. I guess it’s time to find a new one to patronize.

I love Dunkin donuts. I am orginally from California and we don’t have many DD around. I love coming here now. Their avocado toast and grilled cheese is so good as well…but I love their refreshers for drinks with coconut milk!!!

The location was perfect. The way they renovated the shopping center around the Dunkin was great. The coffee was horrible. If the clerk would have just made the coffee the way I ordered it, it would have been a perfect experience.
