Very scaled down Dunkin doughnuts, but clean and has most of the usuals. Staff member who waited on me inside was impatient, and could not understand my order. She became frustrated with me when she tried to give me the wrong kind of donuts twice even though I used the name written on the label. I apologized for the trouble anyway, but this didn’t seem to change things. Everything else was as expected with the typical Dunkin experience.

I own an oversized truck that doesn’t fit through the drive through, therefore I have to go inside. I waited 5 minutes to have my order taken… Not to mention it took 5 mins before I was even looked at. I had to say hello 2x before they did look at me. I finally ordered my “coffee”… I watched the time go by and by, 7 minutes later I was given my coffee. I asked why it takes so long when us unlazy people get up and go inside for service…. I was told.. Get this… they get paid extra if the customers in the drive through are taking care of, within a certain time period after ordering. Wow, so if you go inside expect to wait longer then everyone in the drive-thru including the people that come after you.

They over charge at this location beware. Ask for a receipt because they will not give it to you. I tested this out to make sure I was correct and the other Dunkin up the street was always cheaper for the same thing I would order. It’s not fair to customers to over charge us.
