very rude staff. The young man at the cashier was excellent but it was to my surprise that the problem was with the “shift leader” and manager “Sue”. I ordered a small coffee with a shot and didnt receive the extra shot… it was presumed I was never charged for it which is understandable no problem.. but the attitude I was given by the “shift leader” (female) was unacceptable.. when I asked to speak to the manager “sue” the shift leader yelled “this lady wants to talk to you about me” to which the manager proceeded to give me an attitude as well as accuse me of “stealing a drink” that was still on the counter. To which I thought was mine but it was indeed put back I would never nor have I ever stolen anything in my life. Sue did give me a refund for my order but I insisted I didn’t want one I just wanted better customer service. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Dunkin and I’m a loyal customer, it’s a shame I spend my hard earn money there and get treated with disrespect.

Just wanted a small coffee with a touch of oatmilk. Fiasco…..lid was not put on properly …ended up wearing almost half of my drink. On top of it, it was not oatmilk but watery….I believe it was skim milk which I can’t stand . Waste of money. Never again.

The past two times I visited this location the selection donuts on hand were very sparse to say the least. Preference is also given to the drive thru customers while you’re left standing at the counter waiting to be served.

Been going to the Absecon location for the past 10 years and it has taken a real downturn for the worst recently. Lately every time I go there the breakfast sandwiches taste chemically and/or freezer burned as if they were frozen, thawed out, and then refrozen again. Also the drive thru window service has become a complete mess. Lots of disorganization, wrong orders etc… I loved this place and I keep hoping it will get better but I may need to find a new breakfast stop on my way to work in the morning.
