This is my go to dunkin due to proximity so this review isn’t from a one time experience. The drive through takes forever, orders are frequently wrong, and the quality just isn’t up to par with other dunkin experiences I’ve had. I wish we had better in the area without going across town.

asked for almond milk because i forgot to say it in the ordering screen. guy seemed annoyed about it. then they proceeded to give me regular milk and now my stomach hurts. its literally your job to make a coffee, nor is it hard or time consuming to add a milk substitute. they act like i ordered the whole menu, i got a coffee and sweet tea.

It’s okay… the customer service is good enough. However they sometimes tend to mess up my order quite a few times actually. I order online an egg and cheese wake up wrap. It came with bacon. I cannot eat Bacon. I had to go back hours later because I was at work so I couldn’t. I was able to trade it for a drink as I had eaten before. But i remember months ago when I order online I got there at 6am (1 hour after they had open) and they were not prepared for a coffee order or a simple sandwich breakfast. I got to the drive up and didn’t get an answer for a solid 3 minutes. Drove up to the drive up window. The man looked over at me and ignored me. I was frustrated at first. Then the lady showed up so I assume he thought I had been help noPe. I had to tell the woman my order again ONLINE order. To which I had order at least 5 minutes in advance. Seriously? After the drink she asked if I had food. I did. Did she not check?
