I rated a 3 ⭐ only because of the app. Please work on your app! It is disappointing to have access for a rewards program but here you try to use it, it does not work. I try to order ahead and I had to leave the drive thru to walk in and the all still gives you problems is a problem. Upsetting to say the least . I missed using my order ahead to earn points. I ordered just egg and cheese on a bagel. They gave me bacon, egg and cheese. I removed the bacon and it didn’t look cooked all the way. The egg also didn’t seem cooked all the way so I ended up throwing that away too. The bagel was good atleast!
