Have gotten food here multiple times, most of the time there is a very long wait or it’s messed up in some way. Mobile ordered from here before, I wanted an apple fritter and a donut, only got the donut but they charged me for both. Went there today for Mother’s Day and they gave me this. Would you eat this?

Repulsive and Vomitaceous! Got the roasted pepper and chicken wrap. Look at this picture!! It looks like phlegm mixed with puke!!! It isn’t this branch’s fault though. Shame on Dunkin’ Donuts corporate for pedaling this kind of stuff as “food”. Who the heck looked at this and said, “Yeah! It’s a go!”

This was the worst experience I have ever had. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get munchkins and a sandwich. I understand busy but tell a person. Also don’t ask me to park in the lot where people block you in to wait 5 minutes. Then I get to walk in to find my sandwich probably sitting on counter for who knows how long. Was someone going to actually bring it out? I will never come to this location again. I was not even apologized to for wait. It was my fault for coming during a busy time.

I have been coming here when I’m in town for business and sometimes I happen to be here during the morning rush. This crew is amazing. I do mobile walk in and it’s always ready waiting on me. Good job dunkin!

By far the worst experience. Put in larger order for an office. Place was dirty and had flies. Put in my order at the self order station (order 2268). Waited 20 minutes before someone acknowledge it. They had to hand write the cup tags, ran out of tea by the time my order came up. All in all was almost a 30 process

We went in and no one offered to help us after standing there for 5 minutes. Then we went to self-order machine and then they did not have all the varieties of donuts listed which I didn’t know until after I ordered and then when I ordered a caramel latte for $5 it was cold when I got it. My kids ordered munchkins thinking we were going to get a variety and they only had two types there. If you don’t have all of them then you need to say something or take it off the menu so people know. This was my first time going into this Dunkin’ donuts and I probably will never go back.

Used the drive thru worker very rude tried to ask question after she took my money and she just turned away and the window shut. Go up to the next window and same female again rude after I waited and waited for my coffee. This is by far the worst dunkin I’ve been too. 1 person taking orders is horrible especially when she is very rude.

Advice to manager : if someone is waiting at the counter for a very long time, try looking into the reason for the long delay. Especially when there’s no other customers inside the store and your only standing 12 feet away.
