4 correct donuts out of a dozen. We paid for 12 but we didn’t need the calories anyway. These are wayyyyyyyy off from what we ordered. Next time we’ll check before we leave the drive thru. I’d give an extra half star if I could just for being open at 5am on spring ahead!!

Friendly staff with quick service inside. The drive-thru line took a while and backed up to the entrance. The sausage egg and cheese on a bagel was warm but the bagel was super hard. Coffee was good and the apple fritters tasted good but they were cold. Would have been much better warm.

I have been to some pretty bad Dunkin’ Donuts and other states. This is probably the worst one in Jersey! I wish this wasn’t the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house! They are always getting my order wrong! Giving me a different sandwich than the one I ordered, giving me 1 order of something when I ordered 2, or putting milk in my coffee when I specifically asked them not to. They need to get their act together or shut this place down!

Placed on line order it was not ready sat in drive threw for awhile and sat at window for min till they had me pull bye door to wait then after 5 min a girl comes out hands bag I was on way to kids appointment so took bag and left realize down street it not even What I ordered they gave a breakfast sandwich in stead of bagel bits so my kid eat sandwich and I was just hungry I mean how do I have to wait almost 10 minutes to get my food then it wasn’t even the right food worst dunkin ever

Mornings seem to be hard for the employees here. It’s hit or miss if they will have the doors open to customers and only have the drive through open. Which is no good if you drive a oversized vehicle or need to use the bathroom.
