I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times while I was in the area for travel and I’ve always had a rather pleasant experience while here. My order was always fresh and made quickly. The last few times I’ve been here there were quite a few homeless people waiting outside but other than that still a great Dunkin. Will definitely come back again In the future.

Dirty location and horrible service not to mention the long wait! My coffee was nasty it tasted watery and sugary. I’m usually not the type to have my food or drinks remade but in instance the coffee was horrible and I asked the girl to please remake it and she was upset so her coworker made it and it just as bad! I’m not a confrontational person so I just took the coffee and and ended up throwing it away!

Filthy! While I was there ,2 guys came in and proceeded to put a whole Chinese meal on the table. So I told the manager about the smell of the food and how the guys were eating their lunch there and he ( the manager) just looked at me like he didn’t understand. Oh and the roaches crawling on the floor like they live there…see photos.

Every time I go to this particular Dunkin the “hot” coffee and “hot” Lattes are cold. And they can’t make a Mocha Latte apparently. I have no clue what they served me today, except for the fact that it was cold. It ended up in the trash. The employees seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. Today is the last time I’ll go here. I’ll drive the extra 0.9 miles to the one that’s at the 3000 block of Atlantic Ave. They seem to have together over there.
