Remember back in the 80’s when the dunkin donuts actually tasted good and they were fresh made every day in the shop and not trucked in??? I miss the old ways of dunkin donuts. Now they are incredibly disappointing. Haven’t eaten one for years because it’s not worth the calories.

I ordered two donuts, they took my money, then told me they didn’t have the donuts. I asked for my refund, they said I have to “do it on my own.” I asked what that meant, the girl said “I don’t know.” I asked for a supervisor, she said “no” and stared at me. I asked for a corporate number, she said “it’s Dunkin Donuts.” When another employee came and said “we don’t know how to do refunds” the girl started laughing at me. I called corporate and they refunded me the money, but I won’t ever go back.

I bought an iced matcha. There was 98% milk in it. They refused to take 30 seconds to stir the matcha properly. So I bought $4 worth of milk with green matcha clumped at the bottom. The drink wasn’t even green. Laziness at an all time high. They weren’t busy. I was the only car.
