Terrible service. Someone in there needs some serious training. We ordered a French vanilla latte and a Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich. The latte had no French vanilla and they didn’t even put the sandwich together. See below pictures. No egg in the sandwich, no cheese, and all the items were given in separate bags. They didn’t even cut the croissant!!! We ordered through the drive thru obviously because we were in a rush so now we have to put our own sandwich together? Who does this?!!!

This location used to be great. Whether it’s staffing issues or what, these last few months, they are hardly ever efficient. On some days they seem to have adequate staff and the wait time is not extremely long. But most days, they seem understaffed and the staff that are there work at a slow, laborious pace.

I dont know what changed recently, but the store has really let me down far too many times for me to come back. My coffee was so bitter and tasted old, and my bacon egg and cheese was warm at best. I dont know what happened to the management, but I dont care. Im not coming back.

This Dunkin is trash, they used to be really good, but I’m not sure what happened. I ordered food this morning and my coffee completely tasted like garbage, my bacon was burnt and my hashbrowns were either burnt or not cooked all the way. Don’t even spend your money here or you will be disappointed
