No one came to take our order at the table. Tables were dirty and shaky (needs a fix). Floor hasnt swept in 3 months at least. Very expensive & they fill the whole cup with ice just to put less juice or coffee in the cup. Thry charge for water. People work there wont smile a bit, they seem like someone making them work there. Please fix these issues and find me. Bagel minis were cold as ice age.

Its random chance as to when your order will be made. I completed a mobile order and arrived 5 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. I waited for 15 minutes and saw people order similar items at the counter and have them prepared before mine. I left after nearly 25 minutes with no food or drink.

Stop putting donuts upside down in the bag. It’s great when you get <6 donuts and the icing on one is just coating the bottom of the paper bag. Must be some national policy that at least one donut must be sabotaged.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. There is a staff member that is a cashier and makes coffee that provides the wrong drinks consistently. Last 2 times we ordered an iced mocha latte and got a simple iced coffee instead because he could not be bothered making the right drink.
