I go here because it’s close to me. Service is usually weak at best. Yesterday 06-24-2023 about 11:00 am I was in line, I was next to be served, the girl asked to person behind me what they wanted, I asked is my business valued here. She was like what, I said I was next. Response was oh OK I’ll get you after I’m done with him. So I walked out, I like Dunkin. But will never visit this location again

They forgot to add a breakfast sandwich to my Grubhub order and they would not do anything to fix the problem. Told me to call Grubhub and get a refund and reorder and I would have to pay fees again. Manager was very rude. This location lost my business.

The customer service is great when they have enough workers. Only reason I am giving this place 2 stars. When did Dunkin get more expensive then Starbucks? They raised their prices twice in a matter of a month….50 cents the first time and 40 cents the next time. Not even the staff knew about the price increases. You can tell the owner is greedy and doesn’t treat his workers correctly. Don’t support this greedy owner and go to another DD and save your money!

It’s the worst branch i ever visited, rude stuff and manager, i had a mobo order and I went to pick it up but I wasn’t ready and not available at all, they asked me to take whatever left in the store but I denied so they refused to give me a refund and told me it’s not our problem. I don’t know how they hired a manager like that to deal with customers. It’s my last time to deal with DD at all I removed the app
