Going in the Dunkin’ Donuts is very nice and clean. The cashier’s at the front can be kind of ghetto at times but the cook in the kitchen is always nice and always makes my food hot and she cuts it in half for me. Which I appreciate since a lot of the times I’m on the run thank you girl in the kitchen!

I admit the loitering is a nuisance and I wouldn’t come here after dark, but I love my experience during my daytime visits.

The coffe was watered down, they only had 2 staff members and customers waiting in line. Staff that was there when i went to the shop did not acknowledge that Ibwas even on line. If it wasn’t for the prior customer, she would not have noticed. Prior customer stated that he too had a bit of a wait

I was the first person in line and ordered two drinks and waited 10 full mins. The girl behind me got her drink before me and when I asked they said there was something wrong with the espresso machine but I watched the girl make the drinks she just didn’t know what she was doing. I get it people are new or whatever the cade maybe but 10 legit mins for two drinks is a little too long. That 10 mins costed them a customer

I will never return to this Dunkin. I waited this morning for my mobile order (which I could see just sitting behind the counter) and had 3 separate employees ignore me standing there. Because they were busy, the manager came to help and even though I was clearly the first person there and closest to the counter, he looked around me to ask the other (white) customers what they’d ordered. Even after trying to speak and get the manager’s attention, it wasn’t until another patron (who came after me and left before me) apoke on my behalf did the manager acknowledge me and finally hand me my order that’d been sitting there the whole time. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth, but the actions seemed commonplace among the workers.

I actually did not go into Dunkin donuts but the pizza place next to it i usually get good service but this day it sucked a gentlemen was behind the counter making a.pizza instead of him saying i will be with you or call someone he looked at me an said not a word an i stood there for 10 min before walking out. Very bad for business

I live two blocks from this store .In the daytime this store is good ,at night though the guy who works overnight here is usually outside the store and when you do want to order something he tells you he can’t make it , no lattes no coolatas and even the island oasis machine because he said he cleaned and can’t use them. So basically all you can get is reg coffee or ice coffee. The sales probably have gone down because of this alone. I came here on three different occasions at night once at midnight once at 3 am once at 4 am same story every time. Horrible

Favorite coffee shop. Love the app to order online and quickly pickup. However parking lot difficult especially in morning when busy. Have new employees which mess up orders. Guess their still learning.
