The machine printed out my receipt blank then I waited for ever for my food and the owner or manager saw that I had been waiting for my food for me than 10 mins and was getting on them about being slow and asked one of the workers why he didn’t help and he said he didn’t know how to make sandwiches and started screw facing me for no reason more than once and like the kid that he is started making faces at the owner while the other workers just sat there instead of helping and watch the boss help the girl make the food. This place would be better if they would hire people who actually wanted to work for there money

Got there at 6:40 and there were 2 cars sitting in line waiting on orders. After 20 minutes the first one finally got their drink. If I want just a coffee am I supposed to anticipate waiting at least an hour in line every morning? The other reviews of them being slow are very much true.

Ordered an iced coffee and chorizo and egg wrap. The cashier looked obviously worn out. Who I would assume was the owner was yelling at them as I walked up. My coffee tasted watered down and flavorless and my wrap was still ice cold in the middle. I won’t be back

My wife went to get some pink glazed donuts and when she came home they looked pathetic. Literally a tiny dab on each one. Not impressed. After reading other reviews and with our experience we won’t waste anymore money here.

Don’t even waste your time here. Bad drinks. Only thing I like to order is brown sugar and I had ordered it online and the app doesn’t even notify you if they don’t have it like Starbucks does. Couldn’t get a refund at the store but I had to call customer service and wait long to speak to someone. Didn’t receive the other thing I ordered until 30 mins later and I specifically put “white cheddar cheese” and they then gave me the sandwich with American cheese. Which I couldn’t eat because it makes me sick. Waiting on my refund
